     1. Cracking or looseness of the fan blades of the oil-free screw air compressor: When the fan blades crack, the compressor will automatically shut down due to excessive temperature within 5 minutes of operation, and there will be abnormal noise. The fan blades break, reducing the cooling air volume and affecting heat dissipation. At this moment, the fan blades of the air compressor should be replaced or adjusted.

     2. The oil filter of the oil-free screw air compressor is too dirty: when it is too dirty, the resistance oil cannot enter the air compressor at the normal flow rate, and the air compressor is sensitive to temperature rise due to the lack of cooling oil. When the difference in inlet and outlet oil pressure exceeds 0.18MPa, the filter element needs to be replaced.

    3. Cooling oil level too low: When the cold machine is checked, compensation should be made immediately when the oil level is lower than the lower end of the inspection tube. During the operation process of the air compressor, compensation should be made for the position below the middle of the oil mark.

    4. Low cooling oil number or poor oil quality: The oil-free screw air compressor uses the manufacturer's specialized air compressor oil. When using other low grade or defective oil, the viscosity and specific heat cannot meet the specifications, resulting in excessive temperature.

   5. Failure of the oil cut-off valve of the oil-free screw air compressor: There is an oil cut-off valve between the oil filter and the air compressor. When the oil cut-off valve cannot be opened, the temperature of the oil-free screw air compressor rises sensitively after starting due to the smoothness and cooling of the oil, and it will automatically stop in about a few seconds.

If the actual gas consumption of the oil-free screw air compressor is greater than the gas production of the unit, the connected equipment and pipeline network should be checked, and any leakage points should be repaired in a timely manner. If the gas consumption of the oil-free screw air compressor system is greater than the production air volume of the compressor unit under normal operating conditions, it should be replaced with a larger standard compressor unit or increased.

    2. The unloading pressure setting is too low. Set the unloading pressure value correctly and fully utilize efficiency.

    3. The air filter element of the oil-free screw air compressor is dirty and blocked, resulting in insufficient air intake and low exhaust pressure in the compressor unit. The condition of the air filter should be checked and replaced if necessary.

    4. The solenoid valve is faulty. The main vent solenoid valve and cold start vent solenoid valve on the exhaust pipeline of the oil-free screw air compressor are leaking and need to be replaced.

    5. The control air hose leaks. Replace the control air hose of the oil-free screw air compressor.
