Although the reciprocating compressor has a low price, it has high oscillation noise, many vulnerable parts, poor reliability, and high maintenance costs; The screw type tightening machine has good reliability, but its profile is a three-dimensional change curve, and the volume power of the screw type is low within a small exhaust range, which requires high machining accuracy for the profile, resulting in high machining costs; The vortex compressor has the advantages of both reciprocating and screw compressors: the processing is much simpler than the screw compressor, and the reliability is higher, there are no vulnerable parts, and the operation and maintenance cost is low. It can fully leverage the benefits of the vortex compressor and is expected to gradually replace the reciprocating and screw compressors in the range of 1.5HP to 30HP to become a mainstream model, becoming a new expectation for micro and small air compressors.
